Secret Diary of a Call Girl.

For those of you that haven't seen the show, its about Hannah aka "Belle", a high-end British call girl who juggles between her real life and her professional one.  Might I add, she is the most stylish call girl that I've ever seen.  Her outfits from the previous season were crazy cute!

Buddy Holly.

A "Tribute to Buddy Holly" album is set to release on June 28th.  Although there's nothing like the original, its filled with some great artists ( Fiona Apple, Flo and the Machine, Patti Smith, etc.).  "Rave on" is most definitely one of my favorites, which is covered by Julian Casablancas on the album.  But I've always preferred the M. Ward version... and I still do.

Every girl loves a Jeffrey Campbell shoe.  And even though the ever so popular Lita bootie is great, I'm craaaving for the Sue Bee platform wedge in patent leather.... LOVE!

Support Local Artists: Shannon Amidon

     Last month,  San Jose hosted an event called SJ Eats.  They had 10 different food trucks from around the bay area, parked on a little corner in San Pedro Square.  Due to the fact that the lines were about an hour and a half long wait, I didn't get to try any of the food.  Believe me, I was super bummed!  So instead, I ate pub food and met up with my best mate for some beers.  It wasn't until then that I discovered the SJ Made area;  clothes vendors and handcrafted accessories made by local artists.  I stumbled upon Shannon Amidon's booth.  She makes bullet shell jewelry that's pretty amazing.  Even though I didn't get to try any food from the trucks ( I LOVE FOOD! ) , catching up with my best mate and gazing at handmade jewelry was well worth it. All in all, it was a good day!
