Step into Spring...

with a pair of loafers.  This classic shoe is perfect for the gal on-the-go.  Slipping on a loafer is a quick way to make any outfit look chic without all the fuss.  If you can't find any vintage loafers ( penny loafers are fun! ), Cole Haan does a good make.  I recently purchased some from Clarks, in a soft black leather, and I must say, I've been wearing the heck out of them.  They are suuuper comfy!  But I'm still on the hunt for some chestnut colored ones.  Pair them with a collared button up, skinnies, and a trench OR a striped 3/4 sleeve tucked into hi-waisted trouser shorts + stockings and you're ready for a stroll around town, eventually leading to an ice cream run at your local creamery (mint chip anyone?).  Loafers are a great shoe for spring and will sure to be a closet staple.  So go out there and getcha some!
